This roll welding machine, often referred to as cage welding machine, is specially designed for welding the reinforcement cage framework used in concrete drainage pipes.

3. In full stroke, the diameter can be varied automatically and shifted very quickly
4. Special designed synchronizer to ensure no twist on the formed framework
5. Auto alarm for faults and misoperation
6. Imported PLC, inverter, encoder and touch screen

Features of DC Tubular Pile Framework Roll Welding Machine
1. DC power can assure the welding speed, prolong the life of welding electrodes and save at least 30% electric consumption
2. PLC, inverter, touch screen are imported
3. Densely-wind length on both ends of the cage and the hoop reinforcement interval can be pre-set on the touch screen.
4. Pulling speed is synchronized to the rotating speed of the main machine.

Note: There are AC welding machine and normal control machine, lower speed (about 5.5m/min to 6.8m/min), higher welding power (200kVA).
