The Automatic Transformer Test Bench is a desk type comprehensive testing system for routing test, type test and special test of distribution and power transformers, including automatic test capability for ratio-voltage, insulation resistance, DC resistance, no-load / load loss measurement, induced over voltage withstand test, temperature rise test, impulse voltage testing etc.

Description:
The Automatic Transformer Test Bench is a desk type comprehensive testing system for routing test, type test and special test of distribution and power transformers, including automatic test capability for ratio-voltage, insulation resistance, DC resistance, no-load / load loss measurement, induced over voltage withstand test, temperature rise test, impulse voltage testing etc. The test system includes related equipment needed to perform the test and all connections between test system components including switches, relays, power cables, etc, as well as measuring cables between the system and the controls and measuring instruments, protection switches or fuses for the equipment. The fully automatic model adopts PLC as the control core and industrial control computer as the man-machine interaction interface, which has the outstanding advantages of high reliability, intuitive interface, simple operation and perfect protective measures. This system will perform tests in accordance with IEC 60076, ANSI C57 and equivalent standards.

Main Features:
Applied for different capacity and voltage level of electrical transformers, reactors and HV switchgears.
Fully PLC controlling and automatically measurement, integrated primary wire connection circuit displaying, measuring, control tracing, analysis processing, report storing, printing and protecting into the testing system.
The system can automatically calculate corrected losses, efficiency, regulation and percent impedance when the test is finished
All test data are recorded automatically and the necessary correction calculations per ANSI C57 and IEC 60076 standards
The configuration of the testing bench can be customized according to customers technical demands.
The system features Microsoft Windows -based testing software which builds a data base of transformer test results and creates accurate final test reports in Microsoft Office format
