Core Stacking Table
The core stacking able is installed to stack the transformer laminations, assemble the core and to lift the core vertically. We offer 3-limb and 5-limb core table capacity from 3 ton to 450 ton, which suitable for distribution and power transformers. The limbs of the core stacking table can be easily adjusted by hand wheel to reduce setting time of adjusting limb center to center distance and window space of the Core. Adequate number of manual jacks are provided on the limbs for adjusting the level of the core. Adjustable stacking pin guides are equipped for different sizes core positioning. The tilting of stacking table from horizontal to vertical position is through hydraulic power lifting or overhead crane erection.
