Corrugated Fin Wall Production Line
Corrugated fin wall production line is for the production of fin walls for distribution transformer tanks. We have 1300 and 1600 two models of the machines making the corrugated walls with max. 1300/1600 mm wide, to cover the entire range of distribution and small power transformers. The production line mainly consists of Un-coiler, Fin folding machine, Fin seam welding machine, Spot welding machine, and Bending machine.

The production line mainly consists of Un-coiler, Fin folding machine, Fin seam welding machine, Spot welding machine, and Bending machine. The main part is the fin folding machine that make fin walls from steel coil strips. It can produce both overall panels and individual fins with high dimensional accuracy and to make the embossments when necessary. Fin seam welding machine and spot welding machine are integrated in the production line to weld the two edges and the embossments.
